7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and joyful in everything you wear from Lizzi.in. If you are not completely delighted with your fit or styling, you can easily request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
1. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, perfume, and damage.
2. Original designer tags, warranty cards, and protective ribbons must remain attached.
3. Items must be packed in the original garment box or packaging received.
4. Custom-tailored or altered apparel cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Log in to your Lizzi account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Choose the relevant order and select Request Return / Exchange.
3. Select your reason and specify whether you prefer a replacement size or a refund.
4. Our logistics partner will pick up the package from your doorstep within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days after quality inspection at our fulfillment center. Funds are credited directly back to your original source account (UPI / Card / Net Banking) or provided as Lizzi Store Credits for instant reuse.
